Save the Date: DQ Clinic and Last Fun Practice
Our coaches will be hosting the final DQ clinic of the season Saturday, July 10 with sessions at 8am and 9am. Sign-up information coming soon!
Please save the date for the last fun practice of the season to be held Wednesday evening, July 14th during your swimmer’s regular evening practice time. We will be providing popsicles and families will have the option to preorder pizza from Pizza Express to be delivered after your child’s practice time. More details coming soon!
Len Everett Scholarship Award: Deadline 6/30
Each year, GRAL sponsors a scholarship for seniors in the league. The application deadline for this scholarship is Wednesday, June 30. Recommendation letters for this scholarship are due July 16. Please see the GRAL website for more information: http://gralva.com/general-information
Coach Lytle and Coach Jacob will be holding the first DQ clinic this Saturday, June 26. This clinic is specifically for swimmers who were disqualified during a meet (indicated by a “DQ” on the score sheets). We will do two sessions: 8:30-9:00 am and 9:00-9:30 am. We have space for 10 swimmers in each session. This will allow each coach to take 5 swimmers at a time and give them the attention they need.

Meet our Mascot: Ray
We are so excited to have our mascot Ray join us this year! He’s a lot of fun — just like our team! He will be hanging around at meets so be sure to get a picture with him when you can. GO STINGRAYS!
